Among Us is a multiplayer party game for 4–15 players set aboard a spaceship, where Crewmates work together to complete tasks while hidden Impostors secretly sabotage the mission and eliminate players one by one. Every match is filled with tense discussions, wild accusations, clever deception, and dramatic emergency meetings, making each round unpredictable, exciting, and often laugh-out-loud funny. 🤯
How It Works
Getting Started
Among Us is a multiplayer game built around teamwork, deception, and deduction. Join a lobby, customize your crewmate, complete tasks, or secretly eliminate everyone if you're the Impostor. Every match combines simple gameplay with tense discussions and clever mind games. 😎
Join or Host a Lobby 🎮
Tap Online or Local, then choose Host to create a room or Find Game to join one. Select your preferred map, adjust the player count if hosting, and wait for everyone to join.
Customize Your Crewmate 🧑🚀
Walk over to the laptop in the lobby and open the customization menu. Change your color, hat, skin, and pet to personalize your character and make yourself easier for others to recognize.
Learn Your Role 🕵️
At the start of each match, you'll become either a Crewmate or an Impostor. Crewmates complete tasks and identify the Impostors, while Impostors sabotage systems, fake tasks, and eliminate players without being caught.
Complete Tasks ✅
As a Crewmate, follow your task list and map markers to complete mini-games like wiring, card swipes, and fueling engines. Finishing tasks fills the progress bar and helps your team win.
Play Smart as the Impostor 😈
Blend in by pretending to complete tasks, travel quickly through vents, and use sabotages to create confusion. Eliminate isolated players, then stay calm and believable during emergency meetings.
Report and Vote 🗣️
Report bodies when you find them or press the Emergency Button in the Cafeteria if necessary. Discuss the evidence, share your suspicions, and vote carefully—or skip if there's not enough information. One wrong decision can send an innocent Crewmate into space. 😂
